Together, Joel and I weave our lives around the finely crafted ebb and flow of our work. The commitment that began in our early years, with Joel's hands-on approach, has now blossomed into a symphony orchestrated by an incredible team. Yet, the craftsman in Joel persists, for he embeds himself in every project, ensuring his touch is a part of all our creations. Artistry, precision, and the nuance of details captivate his attention—unless, of course, it's a printer or a spreadsheet.

I, too, am a creator. Though possessing only a tiny fraction of Joel's construction experience, my affinity for problem-solving and thinking outside the box often shines a light on paths less traveled—ones we might never have considered. I tame printers, I finesse spreadsheets, and I construct virtual worlds where 3D renderings breathe life into our clients' floor plans. The palette of our projects is touched by my choices in color, and yes, occasionally, I pick up the brush and paint.
